He has held a variety of key executive roles including Operations Director, Regional Managing Director, General Manager, Group Executive Marketing and Group Executive Client Acquisition, giving him a broad range of hands-on, real-world experiences to draw upon.

Before establishing 93twenty Business Partners, he spent a decade (2010-2020) as a member of ScotPac’s National Executive. Here Wayne was actively involved in three acquisitions and three changes of ownership from private equity to public listing during a period of exponential growth, which saw ScotPac establish itself as the largest non-bank business lender in Australia and New Zealand.
